Payout Policy

<p>I have never used Bidorbuy before. I signed up and put 2 items on to sell, one for R5000 and the other for R2750. Both sold (in theory). So far so good.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first item sold and I requested payout. The buyer delayed collection for approximately 2 weeks. Ok, not good but acceptable -- I guess.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second item sold and they collected it. When I requested payout, I was told they cannot pay me because the first item was not yet paid out. RIDICULOUS!</p> <p> </p> <p>So they will not pay me for the second item because the first item is not yet collected!! Ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p>If I put 1000 items on Bidorbuy and the first one sells but the buyer does not confirm collection, the the next 999 items - even if they all sell --- cannot be paid out to me according to Bidorbuy "policy".</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous, unfair policy, unfair practice, and I will find out which law it is against. They are not a bank and do not pay me interest on the money they are keeping. The process is flawed and they cannot hide behind the old "this is our policy" *******. My policy is "dont get *****ed over by people who hide behind bad policies". </p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible policy, terrible process. Will never touch that website again. Horrible.</p>
