Payout not received

<p>I sold an item last week Sa****ay. The buyer paid on time. I couriered the package to the buyer. The buyer has received his package. The money has been in the bidorbuy account for a week now earning interest. Bidorbuy already deducted their commission. They refuse to payout any money before the buyer has rated the order. The tracking number for the parcel has been supp****. They can track it themselves. Obviously the buyer can take his time on rating the order. Meanwhile I am the one that has to wait for my money. I have been a loyal member of bidorbuy since 2010. This is the slowest and worse service from them till date. My bidorbuy order # ***3.</p>
