Payout delays and excuses

Extremely slow and incomplete service received. Very disappointing to say the least! I have to send in my RICA documents repeatedly! Have not received a mail asking to send documents. Had to follow up by myself why payout was not done only to be told to resend RICA documents!!! Then received another mail stating payment will only be made after client has confirmed receiving goods
