Payout Bidorbuy

I ordered 2 x items from Bidorbuy payment was received order created on the 3/12/2023 on the 11/12 2023 I requested assistance on 1.No communication on order 2.No confirmation on shipment My order was then canceled. I requested a payout. 1. Bidorbuy send me email On banking details incorrect I have taken a photo of my bank card . I still get the email incorrect Banking details.
