PATHETIC SERVICE, ONLY WANT TO MAKE MONEY

I am a buyer and a seller on bidorbuy, i have been purchasing and selling on this site for a long time and making lots of money for bidorbuy, almost 3 months ago i purchased a samsung galaxy note 3 from a seller on bidorbuy and in return he sent me a **** note 3, a clone, i sent it back and seller promised me a full refund, it is almost 3 months which have gone by and the seller has disappeared, not responding to emails, cellphone is always off and there is no way of me getting my money back and bidorbuy refuses to help me, pathetic and disgusting, they only look to make money off every sale and purchase made yet they refuse to help and they refuse to refund me yet they have buyer protection for up to R5000. poor and pathetic.
