pathetic service

we purchased 3 pc's from bid or buy almost a year ago and the seller has not delivered the goods until now and when we tried contacting her directly she said that somebody from our offices collected the goods however that is not true. We then contacted bid or buy directly and we were told that they would get in touch with the seller. After going back and forth for a few weeks we were then told that we cannot be assisted because the seller says that she doesn't have it and we say that it hasn't been received. We find it absolutely ridiculous that there is no one that can assist us in getting to the bottom of this.We paid R10 000 and got nothing for it. Its very hard to believe that there is no system in place to help us get our money back.
