Pathetic and unjust

So i have used bidorbuy for about 2 months now buying and selling more selling,i have build my profile quickly with 47 ratings and 100% positive feedback. Today i could not list items for sale because 1 user (someone that didnt buy) accused me of selling a **** watch just by looking at the picture.....the watch was advertised as quartz diver,the pictures were clear the face had no name on it,the back had no name on it but he says it is a **** seiko....i understand that he is an idiot and so will you that is reading this....but my problem is bidorbuy staff/the workers that review the complaints,is it not obvious that the complaint is invalid? Now they request proof from a supplier or receipt to aunthenticate the watches...!(SECOND HAND watches that date back as early as 1960s 1970s!!! the one question 22 years old....i must produce proof otherwise i just cant sell anymore because of this user,how can it be so easy for a seller to be blocked? Does the staff not have reasoning abilities? I guess anyone can complain about i guess every seller selling second things to have receipts???? PATHETIC
