paid goods no delivery

Three weeks ago I ordered a Kawasaki zx14 cap from bid or buy website. I paid R22O for cap which included the postage fee. I'm still waiting on delivery. I have tried to call the contact number of bid or buy for assistance but the number doesn't exist any longer. I mailed to them to ask for assistance but didn't get any help. What a disappointment. R22O wasted on nothing. Truly **********.
