Overselling of home page add space to thousands at a time

i raised this issue on support live chat on 28 November

I paid to have my product displayed on the home page, i never saw it on the home page and everyone else i asked to look also did not see it. during the chat with support i was informed that you sell the same spot to thousands of other people too..

my listings closed after one of the busiest selling periods with very low views, and not a single bid, all unsold.

I paid to have my product displayed on your home page, but you obviously oversold the capacity so it was not up there.. according to: the consumer protection act, (section 47.3 "Over-selling and over-booking" a) = I am entitled for a refund the consumer protection act, (section 47.3 "Over-selling and over-booking" b) = I am to be compensated for my loss because of your actions

I also requested a support ticket to be opened on the 28th, that did not happen.. you have my number, call me.
