Order not received

Ive bought a cycling gear on 5may 2018 and is still waiting. Not communicative and customer service unsattisfying order nr ********** . Both bidorbuy nor racergadgets are supportive in this matter thou i did a follow up on 13 july 2018. The service received are not as promised
