Not the way to do business

I have been trading on Bid or buy since 2008 all went good. But all of a sudden the seller must pay courier cost when selling an item. The buyer must also now pay a certain courier amount so infact we are paying both for a courier. Then they put on this label on their store "R30" courier cost only. But infact the seller must also pay R30 This the people do not even know . So if you sell an item for example R5 and the item infact is worth R5 then on BOB you must add R30 plus the fee they will take say R2 so at the end the item will be listed for R37!!!!! Insane!!! Then after you ship and item they keep your money untill the buyer give a rating. Well i closed my account with BOB .
