NOT RECEIVING THE PRODUCT BOUGHT ON BIDORBUY

Won a auction on Bid or Buy (Order: *** - Seller: Tina's Dream House) which was two two-way radios with earphones. Payment was made within 8 hours of winning the action. I never received the product as advertised. Product that was delivered was without the earpieces. Now the Seller (Tina's Dream House) refuses to collect, as it was delivered via Courier. I must incur cost to get the items back to the seller for which I have no guarantee to be refunded!.<br> <br> The Seller (Tina's Dream House) is dishonest and cannot be trusted. I brought this matter under the attention of Bid or Buy because the Seller is still doing the exact same at this moment, but Bid or Buy refuses to stop the Seller operating in a dishonest way. For your own best will refrain from purchasing anything from Tina's Dream House on Bid or Buy. Be care full in dealing on Bid or Buy because they do not lookout for the buyers and will not interfere if dishonest seller operate on their website. This matter has now being escalated to the SA Consumer Council against the Seller (Tina's Dream House) and Bid or Buy.
