Not receiving my payout!

Getting your payout from this company is a real problem and very frustrating. I contacted them and was told to send an email to the correct department to verify my identity. I sent them a snapshot of me holding my ID and also confirmed all the other relative information. It has now been a week with no feedback. I contacted them today and stayed on the line only to get cut off after a few minutes. It should not be that difficult to pay a seller after the sale has been made and the buyer completed the payment. They already banked their commission, so why are we left to struggle to get a simple payout? I am sure that I am not the only one feeling this way....
