Not receiving my BOB payout!!

Good Day<br> <br> I have requesting a payout on my BOB account for the last 2 months without success. The buyer has received the golf wedges more than 2 months ago then a week later he claims that the wedges are not authentic and that it has been played with. When we shipped the wedges it was sealed in plastic and brand new. I have contacted him asking him to give me he's banking details so that I can pay him courier fee's so that he can send it back so that I can investigate the matter even asked for photos and he still haven't comeback to me and I don't believe him and he was a first time buyer on BOB at that time as well. Which I have trust issues about. I told him to send it back and if the clubs are faulty I would gladly replace it.<br> <br> Now BOB doesn't want to payout my money for the wedges till the issue is resolved, they have blocked my seller account stating that I am selling **** clubs(this coming from a first time buyer with no ratings) the other guys that bought clubs from me are happy as they all gave me positive ratings. <br> <br> I want my money easy as that. Because if the wedges were 'non authentic\ as stated why haven't the buyer send it back yet for replacement. "
