Not received pay out..

After sells goods, sending them to the buyers, buyers receiving the goods I am still unable to receive a pay out from bid or buy. All goods have been delivered. I received an email so say it will be paid out and nothing. No one will respond to my emails. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. I need my money! !
