Not processing payout request
Last week I sold an item I bought about a year ago from a seller on Bid or buy. I requested a pay request of about R3000. I waited for about 3days but the request was not even processed. When I emailed the finance department they said they need proof of authenticity. I do not have any proof of authenticity as I never received anything from the seller!!! This is ridiculous as I bought the item from bid or buy! If the item wasn't authentic why didn't they request proof from the seller I bought it from?? . I now have a balance of R3800 in my bidorbuy account and I can't request any payout whatsoever because my payout can only be processed if I provide proof which I don't have.... My hands are tied and I am extremely frustrated with this situation!!!

The issue is with the accessories accompanying the PS3 console sold . You have been previously warned about the external hard drive with the preloaded games .
