Not happy at all.

I ordered nail kit on bid or buy. And I made full payment and I also paid for courier costs. My orders were delivered but the packaging wasn't gud powders were mixed inside the packaging.. And I tried calling the seller by the name of Jacqueline du Plessis she is not answering my calls nor my emails.. I am so frustrated by her and bidorbuy.. I am sooo ****ed.. Order nr ***7
