not fullfilling there policy

Ordered a sizing die on 26 July 2021 from Technopro through bidorbuy, till today I have not received it and they are refusing t refund it. Bidorbuy keep on saying they will follow up but I have to ask them everyday and it does not look if they are doing anything about the matter They are not following there buyer consumer act
