Not a confirmed buyer.

I've been a member of bidorbuy since 2015. I recently won a bid for an item, but when trying to log in I get a message that I'm NOT A CONFIRMED BUYER. I sent them an email with no response since the 9th, I even sent a Email to the seller telling them about the problem I'm having with bid or buy. Bidorbuy keep on sending me an email to complete the sale. How stupid does one have to be. I have since tried to log in again 12th of August. Still no luck. NOT A CONFIRMED BUYER.
