Non payment of funds

After being with Bidorbuy from Jul 2006 I now very annoyed and I am obtaining legal advice. An item was sold and the funds paid into their account instead of my account. After supplying the documents they needed I now get told that they will only release the funds to my account after I have delivered the item. This has and was never the agreement with anybody and it was and has always been stipulated that no items will be delivered until the funds reflect in my account. I don't know when they decided to keep MY money and decided when THEY will release MY money - this is totally unacceptable in light that I have a 100% rating and the particular buyer has various negatives against his name - now I must send an item without receiving money _ I DON'T THINK SO. Sorry for the buyer but I have to cancel and WONT deliver the item without payment. Bidorbuy - thank you for everything in the past but GOOD-BYE.
