No sellers protection from bidorbuy

I would like to give them 0. I sold an item on the site and the client canceled the order and received a full refund. Even after I made delivery. Now they still charge me sale success fees but the funds where refunded. Their excuse for the success fee is that the item description was not correct. This taking the word of the buyer. By all means I am all for buyers protection but why should I sell on bidorbuy if there is no protection for sellers by bidorbuy from bidorbuy. Are we as sellers just suppose to accept to pays these "success" fees when a buyer decides that it's not what they wanted. bidorbuy needs to realise that we don't need them to sell our products! Facebook marketplace works just as well and we aren't charged any fees.
