No security measure when using these jokes

I bidded for a coin on bid or buy seeing that the seller had a market indication of R10000.After winning the bid at just over R3200,i was quite deligted,Having used Bid or buy previously,i deposited the money into there account.I received the goods a week later and found that the item was not as described and only worth R1500.Bid or buy has failed to get the seller to refund my money and have now just left me out of pocket.YOU HAVE NO SECURITY WHEN DEALING WITH BID OR BUY!!!WHERE IS THE BUYERS PROTECTION???NO COMPLAINTS MADE ON HELO PETER HAVE BEEN RESOLVED LEAVING THE COMPLAINANT HAPPY,SO THAT WILL TELL YOU WHAT SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE.
