Bought an item on auction with the buy now option. Almost 4 thousand rand. 3 days later the seller informs me that the item was sold already before I bought it. Bidorbuy did not update it on the system said the seller. The seller and me have been trying to get my money back to me through various emails to billing, hello, claims and even customerwatch. No replies. The money is with bidorbuy. IF it was a fualt on their part, they should just refund my money. The seller even asked them to just refund me, to no avail. Now I am almost 4000 rand short. I am not getting my item, nor any replies about my refund. Therefor I cannot even buy a phone somewhere else as bidorbuy has all my savings. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.......
