NO RESPONSE TO REFUND REQUEST

I purchased equipment on BOBSHOP upon realizing it will take 3weeks to arrive i contacted the seller who advised me to request a refund with BOBSHOP sent an email to their billing department on the 15th of June its the 19th today no response at all from BOBSHOP shocking service.
