No refund

I have made an online purchase from Renei Retep Accessories a seller on bid or buy platform. I was told to wait two weeks for delivery which I did. There was no communication from either bid or buy nor the supplier. When I called to find out what's happening with my order, the supplier was very rude and said she would not send my products. I contacted bid or buy to request a refund and was promised one... But after 3days I still haven't received any feedback. Terrible experience.
