No protection from ******

I have been conducting business with Bidorbuy for over two years and appreciate the their swift responses. I have realized lately that we as consumers are not protected from the ***** sellers. I paced an order 1732**** on 2020 April 10 at 14:10. The order was never delivered. I contacted the seller without luck. Now Bidorbuy advices that I must get legal assistance to get my money back. We as buyers are not protected in this platform.

I made another order ***9 on 2020 July 16 at 06:48. Payment was made. I contacted the seller by email and their response on 2020 July 20 promised that the order will be dispatched on the 21st July. I made follow ups and called countless times but there is no response. I contacted Bidorbuy but still no response. We are surely not protected from these ***** sellers.
