Product and service delivered to client (with proof of delivery).<br> <br> Firstly, Rudi mentioned that he needs to see that my orders have tracking numbers on them, then I will receive my pay out. Then he said that he needs to see that he can track the item, then I will receive my payout. Then he said he needs proof that the parcel is delivered (which is fair). I sent proof of delivery of all orders. Still no payout. Then he said he thinks I must get a few positive ratings for payout to be done.<br> I received 5 positive ratings. STILL NO PAY OUT!!! Taking this matter further.<br>
