No Payout and very slow response
Hi. accidently overpaid R 66000-00 for an item due to a sticky 6 on my keyboard. Asked BOB to please return money. As I was a seller up to 2012 I also have a sellers account. They then put the R66000 into my sellers account which I cannot withdraw due to the fact that they have some problem relating to a transaction for R452-00 in 2012 that they feel I should have refunded a client for. I have communicated with them, with little or no response. I have read through some of the complaints and this seems to be the norm. Something unrelated to my complaint is a seller complaining about BOB penalising or fining him for excessive postage (5%)... My question who receives this 5%,... the buyer who overpaid for postage or yet again into the pockets of Bidorbuy.<br>
Your selling ability (including the ability to withdraw funds) was temporarily suspended in 2013 due to a lack of communication and an unwillingness to resolve the transaction. Given that the buyer had returned the item to you , we feel a refund was not only fair but warranted.
Subsequent to this transaction , there has been no activity on your selling account and when you submitted your request , your request was halted due to the restriction on your account. I have notified the buyer, advising them you will be refunding them shortly.
I am glad to report the funds will be paid out and you should receive the funds within the next day or two .
