No Help.

I bought a game about 2 weeks ago & the same day it arrived, I tested it, didn't work, cleaned the disc a few times to make sure, try again, still doesn't work & on arrival the disc was so scratched, I emailed the seller & BOB about the game, no response from either, 2 weeks later & loads of emails with still no reply, even tried calling the seller, phone just rings, sent a message & gave a bad review to the seller & still no feedback from seller or BOB, all I want is my money back for a damaged game, that the seller should have tested before I bought it.
