No funds received even if item delivered

It became a big issue regarding getting funds from this site. After the new rules they don't give your money upfront anymore. You must wait for buyer to receive item even after that still have to wait. How must one pay bills if one don't know when they will ever get paid. Doing this site years full time6but now becoming stressful to use
