No delivery or assistance
I purchased on 30/07/2014 a NEW SPACE SAVING PLAYHOUSE LOFT BED WITH STORAGE STAIRS on BidorBuy and proceeded to pay the R4,280.00 the same day.. Deal of the week. Seller was rated 100%

Company Name: West Coast Family Enterprises

I have NEVER received the Bed purchased and BidorBuy say that the claim will not be processed as the order was placed before the 22/09/2014 under the new buyer protection program, and the seller was not Verified.
How is this possible that BidorBuy wipe their hands off something that is sold on their website and then say I must try and get the money from the seller? HOW DO I DO THIS IF I DONT HAVE MONEY TO GET A LAWYER INVOLVED TO SUE THE SELLER... I have been in contact with BidorBuy and the seller for 5 months with NO REFUND OR SUCCESS.
I WANT BID OR BUY TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS I MADE PAYMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON THEIR WEBSITE. BIDORBUY SHOULD BE LIABLE FOR THE AMOUNT TAKEN..
The laywer for Francois said this might take up to 9 months, and will maybe get something back. this was just a legal way to ***** so many buyers money. I paid the money into BOB's account. I always thought buying through bid or buy was save. seems its not save
The entire situation is truly regrettable and unfortunate.
Whilst we are trying to assist all affected buyers ,it must be noted that preventing situations like this is very difficult as the seller had a very good track record and has been delivering products to customers up to December 2014. Once it became apparent to us that there was a problem with the deliveries we removed the selling ability of the account immediately.
After we removed the selling ability from the account of the seller, the seller had been in contact with us and with buyers. He had also delivered some products and refunded some buyers.
We understand that WCFE is proceeding with an application for insolvency.
The Buyer Protection program (BPP) covers any transactions after the 22nd September 2014, unfortunately your order was placed earlier in July and does not meet our requirements .
We will continue to assist you and any other affected buyers whose claims do not meet the BPP requirements.
Kind regards
Reatile Pinto
