No delivery after 22 days

I paid bob on 3/12/2015 R214 for 2 knives from THEM. Apparantly Tribal Trade supplies the stuff order no.***. After 21 days no delivery nothing. This is pathetic. I buy a lot from takealot and delivery is at least 2-4 days. I want my knives or ALL the money I paid them R214. I am not waiting 21 days. We as customers are pushed for rhe money and after you paid you can fly to hell. If I do not get satisfaction from them I will make them looking forward to fly to hell and stay there.
