No Delivery

i am serious irritated by your service. I ordered a product that was shipped by the courier that you force us to use. It should have been delivered on the 15th and I still don't have it. Every day it's out for delivery, then returned to the warehouse due to high volumes on the route. WHY DO YOU INSIST WE USE COURIERS THAT CAN'T DELIVER?
