NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst ONLINE sales experience ever.

Placed 3 orders on 18/05/2018. By 16/08/2018 I have not received one!!! One of the sellers has refunded me and the other promised a refund on 20/08/2018.

The 3rd seller has not responded to any e-mails.

I have been trying to get BidorBuy to assist! They keep on contacting the guy who has refunded me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM SO FRUSTRATED BY THE COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried phoning them and had to hold on for 5min and 21s, ended up hanging up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
