No communication

Placed an order about 2 3 weeks ago,paid for it in full but when I try to trace it or find out whats going on with my order, no one is giving me a response.And I needed these things asap.I know they said 7 to 21 days, but can I get some indication of how far is my order process.I did not pay so much money just to be ignored when I want info.If they fail to do that, they must jst refund me then and Il go somewhere else.
