No assistance with Refund

I have won an auction and the seller could not deliver on the auction. The seller claims to have instructed Bidorbuy to refund me, however, I have not received any refunds. Bidorbuy cannot even tell me if what the seller is saying is true or not or even provide me with any feedback regarding the matter. I have had 3 live chats and still no assistance.
