No assistance delivered from bidorbuy after non deleviry of goods

Ticket number: FJW-***2 On the 10th of September 2021 i initiated the buyer protection claim ticket due to my purchase never being delivered to me and the seller Blackwell Products is not responding to any emails i send them. I am yet to receive any assistance or at the very least any information regarding this situation
