Never resolve reported issues and close the case

Logged a claim with Bidorbuy for seller default in terms of their buyer security program. They keep giving out reference numbers and then closing the case without resolving the issues. So I now have 4 case reference numbers for an issue they are just not resolving.<br> <br> Absolutely useless. Why pretend you give customer support when you actually dont
