Misleading advert/Seller doesn't was to help

Order ***8 Bought an item last week that is completely not matching the post. Seller still arguing with me after I messaged him/her that the item sent is more expensive than what I ordered which is not true. The item sent is having less options and is not as advanced as the one advertised.

Seller want me to return the item on my own cost although it was not my fault as he is the one who is misleading us.
