Misguided support and inappropriate account/billin

It ask me to pay R55, which I did. The next day or so, I phoned support, and by there guidens changed my add to a selling option. later at the month-end I received an account for R110 for support/changing the option. NOWHERE were I talk of any charges, specially if the industry standard is such that this type of guidance is free. The website was not \User Friendly in that regard"it hid the truth about the additional charge. I agreed for them to take rhe R55 and we call it even. This is were it stops.<br> <br> I am totally dissillutioned about the way they conduct their business. I have emails proving them to put me under duress to pay the outstanding amount.<br> <br> Regards"
