Michael Carstens - *********** , slow & useless

Bidorbuy staff Michael is completely and utterly useless. He willfully ignores applying his mind to any situation and will deliberately ignore tickets for over 3 weeks, be prepared to wait and deal with incompetence if he is dealing with your bidorbuy ticket! if you create a second ticket HE WILL CLOSE IT AND FAIL TO RESPOND TO THE TICKET AT ALL , its been 3 weeks and I get notifications of him closing my ticket. ***********, slow and useless - if he keeps this up he may land an upgrade to home affairs
