MAKING YOU WAIT FOR YOUR OWN MONEY AFTER YOU DID YOUR PART!!!!!

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!@ I've been a seller for many years on bid or buy. I have a rating of 99.07% from buyers that is satisfied. I sold several items, including cellphones and tablets, on bid or buy previously and never had any problems. I always send my packages on time and buyers is always satisfied. I sold a cellphone on 24 April 2019. Payment was made by buyer and on 26 April 2019 I sent his package counter to counter via the postoffice , the method of delivery he requested and paid for. I requested payout of my money in bid or buy account on 26 April 2019. Until now my payout request was not processed. When I phoned today I was informed that the buyer first need to collect the package at the postoffice before I can receive my payment. This is the first time in all my years of dealing with bid or buy that I had to wait for a buyer to do his part of collecting the package. So if he is in no rush to collect the package I must BE PATIENT AND WAIT?????? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I've done business for many years and I don't believe it's fair for me to wait if my part was done???????? Now I need to be patient as tomorrow is public holiday and still wait. This is really poor service to wait for your money for almost a week???? I will wait for my payout and for sure close my account. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BID OR BUY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.
