Legionluxury and Bid or Buy

There is a very ************ seller on BOB named Legionluxury that takes your money ask for seven working days before your item is shipped. However he does not adhere to this and now I am out of pocket with over R2000 and no item that I bought and further to this he just ignore any messages or phone calls. BOB is doing very little to try and resolve this and they are still allowing this individual to trade. He has done this with quite a number of people so this is a warning not to deal with this individual as he could not care about customer service. He also gives you ********** tracking numbers.
