LEARNBOOK SA PTY LTD (BID OR BUY) - OH NO! OH NO! OH NO! OH NO!!!!!

I was looking for the Seller but can't find it, so unfortunately I'm forced to do it this way.

We bought a **** of a device through the Seller "Learnbook SA Pty Ltd" Dale, a TV Box. We have received the device on 25 January. From get go we struggled to get this device to work. We've contacted Dale via WhatsApp and e-mail with regards to this. As we only bought the TV Box device for DSTV. We just couldn't get the device to work, as it kept on saying "device needs to be authenticated" and "VideoPlay back don't work, as device needs authentication". Dale tried to help us in a way which seemed to work. But suddenly after you watch 1 movie and you want to watch another, it started with the Error every single time. Then you have to 'Factory Reset' the device and reinstall DSTV, input all the information to watch 1 movie on DSTV and do it ALL over again & again & again & again! If you have to do this every time you want to watch a movie, you have intervals of 20min or more to reset the whole device. So, if you want a move night....forget about it with his devices. It is NOT a genuine ANDROID box and promise, you WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!!!!

I then contact Dale over a week ago for the return of the device and to get a refund. He doesn't answer you, he doesn't even answer Bid or Buy. Only after they have send an e-mail to say that they are going to list him, so that he can stop selling, he wants to help. But there is nothing he can help with, as we want to return this device & get a refund. But he is just not complying with that. It seems he doesn't understand, don't want to understand & he wants to force this device down your throat & force you to keep it!!!! Once again, he just keeps quite! He doesn't deserve to sell anything, as this is the way he runs business as soon as somebody wants to return an item. I still want my money back!!! As we haven't used this device in more than a week, as I'm not prepared to struggle with it when I want to watch a movie. This is not how it suppose to work. Dale from Learnbook SA Pty Ltd after service when it comes to RETURNING OF MONEY....SUCKS!!!!!!! He is just NOT reliable!!!!!!
