Keith (MacSell1906) bidorbuy seller rude and worst customer experience

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish it were possible to give zero stars!!! Worst customer experience ever. I am forced by Keith (MacSell1906) a bidorbuy seller to pick up my parcel from some clicks in South Africa - I do not even know the point he is sending it to as that such shop is not near me. I have explained to him that I am a high-risk covid patient and that I am not allowed to leave my house and specifically said that the shipping must be door to door.....but I guess Keith are more concerned it is going to cost him 10c to deliver the parcel to my door. My risks are much higher than going to some store to collect a parcel.

Keith are also treating me that the parcel will be returned to the dispatch warehouse and where I will be charged again for dispatch. I mean what kind is this guy!
