Item not received, \Buyers Protection"IGNORED!"""

I have made the payment same day, did NOT receive the Item, Bidorbuy stated before I paid that there is a buyers protection so that if I do not receive or the item is wrong or damaged, they will refund me. But now they give me the run around for a couple of weeks now... it is NOT my problem if the package was sent who knows where apparently, it was NOT deilvered to my shipping address stated on the purchase order! Now they are trying to make it my problem
