Is selling on Bidorbuy worth it?

I'm a seller on Bidorbuy for just under 4 years now and have requested playouts up to R6000 before even sending the item and never had a situation where I've not sent an item or an item arrived late. A buyer placed an order for an Occulus Virtual Reality headset which was R7999, this item I dropship from the US straight to the buyer which means I have to pay for the item, all shipping and import taxes first out of my own pocket and Bidorbuy are refusing to payout for the order until the buyer gets the item and hopefully gives a positive rating for the item to say that they have received it and are happy with it which will only be in about a month's time. I mean most sellers on Bidorbuy are small businesses or in most cases just one person and for them to be holding your thousands of rands of your money for so long until the buyer receives it and hopefully gives you a rating is ridiculous.

I then asked if I cancel the order if I will still be liable to pay their success fees and they advised that I would still be liable for the R600 success fee for the order. R600 for absolutely nothing? For the most of this month I have had more items that have been unpaid than paid for and still been charged success fees and they still want to withold my payout and charge me a R600 success fee . If a buyer orders something and doesnt pay you still get charged a hefty success fee for that item right away and hopefully only get that money back after 2 weeks which means you always have money tied up in their SNC process so you have to ask yourself if its really worth it even selling on Bidorbuy..
