iPhone 7 128GB - Blacklisted and Possibly ******, ive been de*****ed

Ive been trying to get my money back from bidorbuy and the seller who sold me a brand new iPhone 7 128GB, that was black listed 4 months or so after I received it. Ive open up a police case and had the seller contact me through bidorbuy, making empty promises and never actually refunding me. Both Vodacom and iStore South Africa are telling me that this device is most likely ****** and bidorbuy have done nothing to assist me.

My detective at the police station isn't interested, my lawyer and private investigator are keen to assist me- but without a subpoena from the police, bidorbuy refuses to give me further details for my lawyer to tackle this seller that has de*****ed me.

Im shocked at how little care bidorbuy has given, and the fact the I’m 1 of very many people that have been affected by this seller, its down right shocking.

bidorbuy have allowed people to use their service to de***** people, and they are letting them get away with it.

Im utterly disgusted.. 3 months later and im still stuck with a paperweight that cost me R9,000.00.
