After paying using your credit card, they take your money, then ask you for a photo of your card, copy of your ID and a proof of residence. Seriously, this is ridiculous. So I ask for the money to be returned to me so I can pay using EFT or something simpler, but no, it'll take a while because the security team doesn't work on the weekend. Thus my payment won't be confirmed until Monday either, even if I give them all the documents. Honestly, this is the last time I will ever use bidorbuy. I advise any sellers to also move to a better platform that doesn't frustrate customers to this extent.
