Incorrect order, no customer service

I purchased a laptop bag from bidorbuy. I received a grey instead of a black as per my order. Also the straps do not fit into the slots to hold the bag firmly when carrying over the shoulder. I have emailed requesting a colour change as per my order with no response and when I later found out about the problem with the straps, I emailed again and still no response.
